We are the CCTV & Smart Lock Importer and distributor for 26 years. We are looking for a self-driven and dynamic candidate to achieve business growth with us.
Responsibilities:
- Assist Project Managers in planning and coordinating project activities to ensure timelines and milestones are met.
- Prepare project documentation, including reports, quotation, invoices, proposals and presentations and to update project status to stakeholders.
- Conduct research and gather data to support project execution and decision-making.
- Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, taking minutes and maintaining project files.
- Able to liaise with customer and clients.
- Attend to any other duties by the Management from time to time.
Requirements:
- 2 years of working experience in sales and marketing (experience working with Developer/ID/SI/Architect etc. will be an added advantage).
- Pleasant disposition, good communication and good organizational skills, highly motivated and very result oriented.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel/ Word / PowerPoint).
- Excellent command of written in English.
- Able to communicate Fluently in Bahasa Malaysia and English (Mandarin will be added advantage).
- Preferably with experience in dealing with developer/ID/SI/Architect, etc.
