Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM/STPM qualification.
  • At least two (2) years of working experience in printing.
  • Ability to work independently and within teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Uphold leadership and discipline, adhering strictly to company policies, safety, health requirements, the 5S system, and ISO standards.
  • Ensure all printing jobs meet standard quality requirements, training coworkers on resolving quality issues.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly O.E.E and E.F.F targets for the printing line as per management objectives, managing output and waste based on daily updates.
  • Complete jobs by scheduled dates, updating all records daily as required.
  • Ensure the printed product quantity meets the required amount, addressing and resolving shortages with the operator.
  • Communicate quality-related information to operators, investigate root causes, and implement corrective actions.
  • Provide training and guidelines to subordinates and new employees on daily printing activities as outlined in procedures.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve department and company objectives, delivering quality work performance.
  • Follow the Head of Department’s instructions, offering suggestions for improvement.
  • Comply with top management assignments, including duties at any Canpac branches domestically or overseas for short-term periods.
  • Manage 5S and safety requirements, ensuring updates are made, performing hands-on tasks, and being accountable for the FIFO system in the printing line.
  • Assist with any assignments given by the superior as needed.
