  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Responsibilities:-

Assist Contract Manager on preparing the preliminary budget, s- curve and monthly costing report.

Able to support Contract Department on complying, implementing and improving company procedure on all Pre and Post Tender administration matters.

Responsible for measurement, subcontractor tender calling, subcontractor and labour claim, variation order and final account.

Able to source for Subcontractor and negotiate at competitive price.

Able to review/specification, drawing and method statement to determine the scope of work, costing, contractual requirement and prepare the subcontractor Letter of Award.

Able to communicate with the Site Person- In charge of the verification and finalisation of site valuation.

Assist in budget monitoring and cost control.

Attend subcontractor and site meetings.

Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned from time to time as assigned by Management.

Requirements:-

Possess at least Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering or equivalent.

At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required.

Experience in mix development, high rise building and multimillion projects will be an advantage.

Able to multitask and work independently.

Pleasant personality and good communication skills.
