  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  5. Click JavaScript.

Job Description

  • Preparation of tender documents, cost, and budget estimation review tender documents, submission of tender within a specific deadline and attend a tender interview.
  • Responsible for monthly progress claim, variation orders, finalize of accounts and prepare for payment certificate.
  • Preparation of Letter of Award/ Appointment to subcontractors.
  • To enquire, source, negotiate and shortlisted subcontractor and suppliers for awarded/ upcoming project.
  • To attend site meetings, site valuation when needed.
  • Any other ad-hoc assigned by Manager or Superior.

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post-Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Quantity Survey or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia
  • min. 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Required Skill(s): MS Excel, Problem Solving, Communication, Negotiation
  • Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Quantity Surveying with Interior Design background or equivalent.
