  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role as a Senior Sales Engineer at UBIT. The Senior Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support and expertise to customers, communicating with clients to understand their needs and provide suitable solutions, conducting sales presentations and demonstrations, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role is located in WP Kuala Lumpur, with the flexibility for some remote work.

Qualifications

  • Sales Engineering, Sales, and Customer Service skills
  • Strong technical support and communication skills
  • Manage and monitor key customer accounts
  • Ability to understand and analyze customer requirements
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
  • Knowledge of fleet management systems and telemetry is desirable
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field is preferred
