Store Manager, Casual Apparel Brands

Position: Store Manager

Brand: Casual Fashion Apparel Brands

Location: LaLaport, Kuala Lumpur

Basic salary: RM4,000 – RM4,500

Other: Allowances & Commission

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily store operations and ensure excellent customer service.
• Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve sales goals.
• Manage inventory levels, ensure products are well-stocked, and handle stock replenishment.
• Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies to enhance the shopping experience.
• Monitor sales performance and analyse data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Handle transactions, process payments, and manage returns or exchanges.
• Contribute to the store’s social media presence by creating engaging content (if applicable).
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment.
• Create and manage staff timetables, ensuring accurate attendance reporting.
• Provide hands-on support for store operations, including sales and stock forecasting and reporting.

Requirements:

• Strong interest or passion for Japanese fashion and youth culture.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in fashion.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong communication and customer service abilities.
• Proven ability to drive sales and meet performance targets.
• Experience in inventory management and stock control.
• Ability to create visually appealing product displays and maintain store presentation.
• Basic knowledge of social media marketing (preferred but not required).
• Experience in creating staff timetables and attendance reports.
• Proficiency in sales forecasting, stock analysis, and reporting.
