Job description

  • Prepare Circular Resolutions, Minutes of General Meetings, Annual Returns, Statutory Forms and other documentation.
  • Ensure timely submission of Annual Return and other statutory forms / documents in accordance with the Companies Act 2016.
  • Lead, support and / or assist the Secretarial Department in all aspects of company secretarial work, maintaining statutory records and complying with related statutory requirements.
  • Assist in complying with new and ad hoc documentation requirements (e.g. beneficial owner declarations etc.).
  • Arrange certification of documents by the Company Secretary.
  • Liasing with clients, Companies Commission of Malaysia and other relevant authorities as is related to company secretarial matters.
  • Job requirements:

  • ICSA qualified or pursuing ICSA.
  • Alternatively, relevant equivalent degree from any qualified university (local or foreign).
  • Computer literate with working proficiency in Microsoft Words and MyCoID.
  • At least 2-3 years of cosec experience. More experience is an added advantage.
  • Remuneration will commensurate with experience.
  • Full time position
  • Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Junior position are also available. Starting pay: RM 3,000.
