Your new role
As the Continuous Improvement Manager, you will be at the forefront of driving transformative change and operational efficiency within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. What you'll need to succeed

• Extensive experience in Continuous Improvement and certified with Lean Six Sigma within the Logistics Service Provider Industry.
• Implement and establish regional and market-specific continuous improvement strategies and roadmaps, ensuring initiatives align with the organization's overall strategic goals.
• Focused on process re-engineering to deliver efficiency and productivity gains, standardise operations, apply industry standards, and facilitate best practice sharing.
• Design and roll out regionally aligned programs and frameworks to improve operational performance.
• Establish and conduct a comprehensive functional skills matrix to identify and track skill levels across the organisation.
• Conduct thorough training needs analysis to design and implement effective training programs.
• Experienced in matrix organisational structures.
• Positions open across Klang Valley, Penang, and Johor Bharu.
