Maintain BOM, nutrition, and cost database in BESTMIX (formulation software) and SAP.
Assist team leader in executing the formulation of SOP under HQ policy.
Monitor the quality consistency from formulation design to production execution.
Integrate feed performance data and analyze competitor’s products.
BOM Publishing for production
Raw material requirement plan update for purchasing
Competitor product collection and inspection.
Visit a farm and track farming performance.
Monitor and evaluate the impact of feed on the growth, health, and survival of aquaculture species.
Ensure that feed formulations comply with local regulations and compliance.
Continuously work on cost-effective feed formulations without compromising nutritional value.
To undertake job-related tasks as assigned by the superior/ the management.
Requirements:
Minimum bachelor’s degree or above in Aquaculture, Animal Nutrition, Marine Biology, Agricultural Science, Food Science, or a related field.
Priority will be given to master’s degree holders in Aquaculture, Animal Nutrition, Marine Biology, Agricultural Science, Food Science, or a related field.
Strong communication & coordination skills, ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams such as quality, procurement, and production.
