• Achieves regional sales operational objectives by contributing regional sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; determining regional sales system improvements; implementing change.
• Meets regional sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
• Establishes sales objectives by creating a sales plan and quota for districts in support of national objectives.
• Recommends product lines by identifying new product opportunities, and/or product, packaging, and service changes; surveying consumer needs and trends; tracking competitors.
• Implements trade promotions by publishing, tracking, and evaluating trade spending.
• Accomplishes sales and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
• Handle and manage designated local and overseas customers with sales and result oriented approach.
• Respond efficiently to enquiries with appropriate information about company products and services.
• Contact potential clients to understand and quantify their requirements and budgets.
• Prepare proposals and quotations for potential and existing clients.
• Maintain up-to-date information on all customer interactions.
• Coordinator for contract manufacturing products to meet Sales and OTD targets.
• Proactively monitoring contract manufacturing progress and driving teams to resolve issues, initiating appropriate corrective actions, escalating timely.
Skills / Educational / Others Requirements
• Business Degree, Certification or equivalent.
• Epicor advance user, able to pull and compile data.
• Microsoft Excel advance user.
• Minimum 3yrs in contract manufacturing environment or similar manufacturing environment handling high quantity of BOM items.
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good understanding of MRP and able to deploy techniques for planning, monitoring and procurement process.
