We are looking for an experienced Marketing Executive to develop and execute strategies that drive our brand’s growth across multiple channels and regions. Key Responsibilities

Develop Comprehensive Marketing Strategies

Craft, implement, and refine marketing strategies to grow the company’s market presence, targeting specific regions and demographics.

Campaign Planning and Execution

Work with the marketing team to design multi-channel marketing campaigns, integrating both digital and traditional media (e.g., social media, email marketing, SEO, SEM, paid media, and content marketing).

Market Research & Analysis

Conduct thorough market research to identify customer needs, competition, and industry trends. Leverage insights to inform strategic direction.

Audience Segmentation & Targeting

Create detailed audience personas and customer journeys to enhance targeting and improve campaign relevance.

Cross-functional Collaboration

Work closely with vertical marketing, product teams, and creative departments to align messaging and branding efforts across different channels and regions.

Budget Allocation & Optimization

Manage and allocate the marketing budget effectively, optimizing spending based on performance insights and ROI.

Performance Measurement & Reporting

Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for campaigns, analyze data, and present actionable insights to optimize future strategies. Provide regular reporting to senior management.

Media Strategy & Selection

Determine the best media platforms for campaign delivery, considering audience behaviors and channel performance.

Stay Updated on Marketing Trends

Keep up with emerging marketing trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.

Requirements

Educational Background

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. A Master's degree or additional certifications in digital marketing or strategy is a plus.

Experience

Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing strategy, preferably in a fast-paced digital or regional marketing role. Experience in multi-channel campaign execution is essential.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, paid media).
  • Proven experience with data analytics and market research to inform strategic decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills for cross-team collaboration and presenting to stakeholders.
  • Creative problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically and innovatively.
  • Strong project management skills with a focus on deadlines and multitasking in a dynamic environment.
  • Technical Skills
  • Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta, email marketing platforms, and other marketing automation tools.
