Job Description :

As a Non-IT BPO Recruiter at Mission Consultancy Services Malaysia Sdn Bhd, you will play a key role in supporting our recruiting process from start to finish. Your primary responsibilities will involve posting job ads, conducting initial screenings, scheduling interviews, and assisting both candidates and internal teams to ensure a smooth hiring process. You will help us attract and hire top talent for our clients, which consist of banking, financial institutions, and insurance companies. Key Responsibilities :

  • Post job ads on professional sites, job boards, and social media platforms.
  • Analyze the best mediums for job postings in Malaysia and APAC job portals.
  • Source potential candidates for various roles.
  • Assist in screening resumes and conducting initial phone interviews.
  • Schedule calls and interviews, ensuring smooth coordination with hiring teams and candidates.
  • Manage hiring calendars and interview schedules for candidates and internal teams.
  • Communicate promptly with candidates and guide them through the interview process.
  • Utilize recruiting software to track open roles and candidate progress.
  • Send out bulk emails (e.g., receipt confirmation, rejection notifications) and handle offer letter paperwork.
  • Coordinate drug tests, background checks, and other necessary screenings.
  • Participate in recruitment events and promote a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
  • Negotiate offer salaries with candidates and explain the cost of living in Malaysia.
  • Draft offer letters and assist successful candidates in the visa application process, including country clearance.

Preferred Skills :

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Non-IT Call Center Recruitment.
  • Proficient in Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
  • Analytical thinking with the ability to work under minimum supervision.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Based in Kuala Lumpur (advantageous).
