Responsibilities

WhatsApp and Instagram:

  • Promptly respond to customer messages and inquiries on WhatsApp and Instagram.
  • Provide accurate and helpful information regarding our products, services, and company policies.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a positive and friendly tone in all communications.

TikTok:

  • Engage with our TikTok community by responding to comments and messages.
  • Create and share engaging content to promote our brand and products.
  • Monitor trends and participate in relevant TikTok challenges.

General Customer Service:

  • Handle customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, or in-person, as needed.
  • Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and information.
  • Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of customer service processes and procedures.

Qualifications

  • At least 1 - 3 years' of relevant work experience
  • Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
  • Proven work experience as a Customer Support Specialist or in a similar customer service role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.
