Responsibilities
WhatsApp and Instagram:
- Promptly respond to customer messages and inquiries on WhatsApp and Instagram.
- Provide accurate and helpful information regarding our products, services, and company policies.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain a positive and friendly tone in all communications.
TikTok:
- Engage with our TikTok community by responding to comments and messages.
- Create and share engaging content to promote our brand and products.
- Monitor trends and participate in relevant TikTok challenges.
General Customer Service:
- Handle customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, or in-person, as needed.
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges.
- Maintain accurate customer records and information.
- Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability
- Contribute to continuous improvement of customer service processes and procedures.
Qualifications
- At least 1 - 3 years' of relevant work experience
- Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
- Proven work experience as a Customer Support Specialist or in a similar customer service role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.
