JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Perform and monitor the operation and management of asset maintenance activities for related department assigned including testing and commissioning, warranty management, scheduled maintenance, unscheduled maintenance, asset decommission, asset disposal, advisory services, user training, vendor management and parts delivery to comply with the hospital support service’s contract agreement and safety requirement.
  • Ensure Quality, Safety, Health and environment activities (Quality Assurance Program, Risk Management, Hazard Alert and Recall, Handling Hazardous Equipment) comply with contract agreement and company’s target.
  • Ensure all activities comply with service compliance such as ISO 13485:2016, ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14971:2018, ISO 14001:2015, OHSAS 18001:2007, 6S audit and Department of Occupational, Safety and Health (DOSH) to achieve company’s strategy and corporate score card.
  • Implement cost management initiative (Variation Order, Cost Saving) to achieve company financial annual target.
  • Execute and manage Deduction Formula and Penalty (for assigned department) to ensure it does not exceeds company’s target by managing activities such as repair of equipment less than seven (7) working days including communication with vendors and Operation Central Workshop (OCW), work order response less than 15 minutes (emergency) and 2 hours (normal call), planned preventive maintenance completed before target date, ensure equipment are functioning and maintained as per specified uptime target and testing and commissioning and warranty management competed as per schedule as per contract.
  • Provide technical training to technical personnel to build up staff’s competency level.
  • Produce reports and records (Engineering Operation Data, Condition Appraisal, Technical Report) using ASIS in line with contract’s agreement.
  • Drive state holder management (external -Contractor Performance Assessment and Customer Satisfaction Survey, internal – headquarters, vendor etc.) effectively by providing excellent services to maintain good relationship and achieve high customer satisfaction level as per Key Performance Indicator (KPI) set by Company and Ministry of Health.


Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in related Engineering
  • At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Registered Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM)
  • Report & Document, Analytical and critical thinking
  • Knowledge in related engineering building services
