What you will do

  • Responsible for the deliveries, improvements and coaching of their team towards decided priorities.
  • First responder to Team
  • Leader Execute solid Real Time Management
  • Continuously drive improvements to optimize performance of Safety, Quality, Delivery and Environment
  • Operate to company compliance standards, terms, and instructions (ex. BMS, VCMS and ISO standards 9001 & 14001)
  • Always act immediately on deviations
  • Plan group activities and implements company initiatives.
  • Responsible for people management for his/her area
  • Recognize good achievements.
  • Break down tasks and give assignments to increase team members skill levels.
  • Training and coaching of team members daily and fostering the Volvo culture.
  • Coordinate all training and team member development.
