Key Responsibilities:
- Tending the queue / seating arrangement
- Handle payment transactions / complaints
- Take orders and tend to customers’ needs as and when needed
- Crosscheck and delivery of orders
- Prepare beverages as per order
- Ensure cleanliness of dining area.
- Follow food safety and hygiene guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Assist in managing inventory, including receiving and storing supplies properly.
- Ensure all dishes are served on time and meet presentation standards.
- Assist in training junior service staff and contribute to team development.

Requirements:
- Open to MALAYSIAN only
- 2-3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Able to Multitask and perform in a fast paced environment.
- Team Player
- Willing to work on Public Holiday or Weekend.
