ADMIN MARKETING EXECUTIVE

Key Responsibilities:
1)Daily Operations Management:

Manage customer data, orders, and inventory using the management system.
Monitor and update the schedule for promotions and marketing activities.

2)Digital Marketing Support:

Assist in coordinating campaigns across social media, email, and e-commerce platforms.
Manage and track paid advertisements (e.g., Facebook Ads, Google Ads).
Prepare campaign performance reports and provide suggestions for improvement.

3.Customer Engagement:

Interact with customers via social media, email, or phone to address inquiries or complaints.
Ensure high customer satisfaction and share feedback with sales or marketing teams.
Document Management:

Prepare and manage marketing-related documents such as invoices, quotations, and sales reports.

4.Cross-department Collaboration:

Coordinate with sales and management teams to align promotional activities and marketing efforts.

Skills and Qualifications:
Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
FRESH graduate or 1-3 years of experience in marketing or administration.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, and data management systems.
Knowledge of social media advertising and digital marketing is an advantage.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
