Key Responsibilities:
· Ensure daily operations run smoothly and efficiently.
· Assisting with the development of operational policies and implementing strategic plans for the company’s progress and growth especially TPBI cases.
· Supervising staff and adjusters TPBI and providing feedback to improve efficiency.
· Review, edit and finalize the files report to submit to the Insurer.
· Building relationships with key shareholders and Takaful Operator.
· Actively participate in the Insurer meeting regarding TPBI cases.
· Report on operational performance to the Director.
Education/Work Experience:
· Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in any related field (Bachelor’s Degree in Insurance / Finance, BCCILA or any related Certificate are encouraged to apply).
· Minimum of 5 years working experience in handling TPBI cases or related field.
· Strong ability to work under pressure and problem-solving skills.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Strong attention to details for reviewing documents and policies.
· Experience leading a team.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: RM7,000.00
