A. Line of Reporting:

- You shall report directly to the Store Manager.

Content Creation:

Scheduling:

Planning (6 months):

  • Create a comprehensive social media content calendar for the upcoming six months to ensure strategic content distribution.

Concept Shoot:

  • Coordinate and execute photo or video shoots to produce high-quality content.

Event Coverage:

  • Provide live updates and coverage during events, launches, or special occasions.

Capcut:

  • Utilise video editing tools, such as Capcut, to edit and enhance video content.

Graphic Design:

  • Design eye-catching graphics for social media posts and ads.

Basic Photoshop:

  • Use Photoshop for basic image editing and enhancement.

  • Develop and implement a crisis management plan for social media, ensuring brand reputation is protected in case of negative events or comments.

16. A/B Testing:

  • Conduct A/B testing on different content types, posting schedules, and ad campaigns to optimize performance.

  • Collaborate with other departments or partners for cross-promotion opportunities and brand alignment.
