SCOPE OF WORK - SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER (FULL TIME)
A. Line of Reporting:
- You shall report directly to the Store Manager.
- You shall coordinate your daily tasks with all store staff.
B. Job Responsibilities:
Copywriting:
- Craft engaging and persuasive content for posts, captions, and advertisements on various platforms.
Content Creation:
- Develop creative and visually appealing content that aligns with the brand's image and objectives.
Scheduling:
- Plan and schedule posts to maintain a consistent online presence.
Planning (6 months):
- Create a comprehensive social media content calendar for the upcoming six months to ensure strategic content distribution.
Concept Shoot:
- Coordinate and execute photo or video shoots to produce high-quality content.
Event Coverage:
- Provide live updates and coverage during events, launches, or special occasions.
Capcut:
- Utilise video editing tools, such as Capcut, to edit and enhance video content.
Graphic Design:
- Design eye-catching graphics for social media posts and ads.
Basic Photoshop:
- Use Photoshop for basic image editing and enhancement.
C. Additional Job Responsibilities:

- Interact with the audience by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly.

- Monitor the performance of social media campaigns and posts using analytics tools.

- Identify and collaborate with relevant influencers and brand ambassadors to expand the reach of social media campaigns.
13. Trend Monitoring:
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to adapt the social media strategy accordingly.
14. Paid Advertising:
- Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns on social media platforms to boost brand visibility and conversions.
15. Crisis Management:
- Develop and implement a crisis management plan for social media, ensuring brand reputation is protected in case of negative events or comments.
16. A/B Testing:
- Conduct A/B testing on different content types, posting schedules, and ad campaigns to optimize performance.
17. Cross-Promotion:
- Collaborate with other departments or partners for cross-promotion opportunities and brand alignment.
18. Stay Updated on Platform Changes:
- Keep up with algorithm changes and updates on social media platforms to adapt strategies accordingly.
19. Budget Management:
- Manage the budget allocated for social media advertising and campaigns effectively.
20. Content Rights and Compliance:
- Ensure that all content posted adheres to copyright and compliance standards and obtain necessary permissions when using third-party content.
21. SEO Integration:
- Implement SEO strategies to optimize social media profiles and content for search engine visibility.
22. User-Generated Content:
- Encourage and curate user-generated content, leveraging positive customer experiences.
23. Crisis Communication:
- Develop and execute a crisis communication plan to address any negative publicity or brand-related incidents on social media.
