Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and hands-on E-Commerce Operations Executive to oversee the day-to-day operations of our online business. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless order fulfillment, effective inventory control, and excellent customer service while taking the lead in driving process improvements. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage product listings and ensure accurate information across e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, Shopify).
  • Lead the order processing and fulfillment workflow, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
  • Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and courier partners to manage stock levels and ensure smooth operations.
  • Monitor inventory levels to prevent stockouts and minimize overstock.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints through chat platforms and emails, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
  • Resolve escalated operational issues and identify areas for process improvement.
  • Support promotional campaigns by coordinating platform settings (e.g., vouchers, discounts).
  • Collaborate with internal teams (finance, marketing) to ensure alignment and operational efficiency.
  • Prepare reports on order fulfillment, inventory levels, and customer service metrics.
  • Job Requirements:
  • Education: A Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or related fields will be an advantage.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce operations, logistics, or inventory management.
  • Leadership Skills:
  • Ability to take ownership of processes and lead cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in supervising or coordinating teams in an operational setting.
  • Strong decision-making skills and the ability to motivate others to meet targets.
  • Technical and Soft Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of order fulfillment processes and e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopee, Lazada).
  • Experience in handling customer messages, inquiries, and complaints professionally.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or other data management tools.
  • Language: Good command of [required language(s)], both written and spoken.
