Position Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated HR Manager to join our dynamic team. The HR Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring our human resources are effectively utilized and aligned with our business goals, while fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Key Responsibility
Employee Relations:
- Act as a liaison between employees and management to resolve workplace issues and conflicts.
- Implement employee engagement and retention strategies.
Training and Development:
- Identify training needs and organize employee development programs.
- Manage onboarding processes for new hires.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Design and manage employee compensation and benefits packages.
- Conduct salary reviews and benchmark against industry standards.
Compliance and Legal:
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Handle workplace safety, health regulations, and legal documentation.
Performance Management:
- Develop performance appraisal systems and processes.
- Assist managers with employee performance evaluations and improvement plans.
HR Policies and Procedures:
- Create and update company policies and procedures related to HR practices.
- Ensure policies are communicated effectively and adhered to.
Organizational Development:
- Support organizational change initiatives and manage transitions.
- Assist with workforce planning and restructuring efforts.
HR Information Systems:
- Manage HR information systems and databases to maintain accurate employee records.
- Utilize HR analytics to inform decision-making and strategy.
Employee Well-being:
- Implement programs to promote work-life balance, mental health, and overall well-being.
- Manage workplace wellness initiatives and support systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in HR software and databases.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to RM8,000.00 per month
