Position: Customer Service Representative (6 months contract)
Location: Jalan Raja Laut & Jalan Ampang
Operation Shift: 8 AM to 11 PM (9 hours per shift including break)
: 8AM - 5PM / 2PM - 11PM
: 5 working days, 2 off days
Benefit : EPF / Socso / Annual Leave / Medical Leave
Term of Contract : 6 months (renewable based on performance)
Start date: 4th November 2024
Job Description:
- Utilize effective problem-solving and decision-making skills to assist customers with their inquiries.
- Develop and apply a comprehensive understanding of industry practices and procedures to achieve team goals.
- Collaborate with your immediate manager to motivate the team and monitor performance.
- Mentor and guide associates to enhance their individual performance.
- Consistently meet and exceed individual and team performance targets with minimal direct supervision.
- Prioritize client needs while delivering an exceptional customer experience, with performance measured using specific metrics.
Interview ( 22nd October 2024)
- Face to face interview with Hiring Manager
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: RM2,600.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
