Cameron Bharat Plantation Sdn. Bhd. is currently seeking an experienced Service Assistant to join our team at KK Mart. In this role, you will play a key part in managing daily store operations, ensuring excellent customer experiences, and contributing to the overall success of our retail outlet.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handalling all incoming customer queries and questions
  • Providing the appropriate service and information
  • Referring problematic issues that they cannot solve to management
  • Resolving customer complaints and issuing refunds as needed
  • Providing quotations and checking product availability

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: Diploma or certificate in retail, business management, or a related field is an advantage
  • Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years in retail or customer service roles.
  • Skills: Proficiency with cash registers and basic knowledge of store operations.
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
  • Good organizational and time-management skills.
