Responsibilities:
- Provide legal support and constructive advice to management
- Review, draft, and negotiate contracts and agreements
- Liaise and work with other legal advisors and lawyers on legal matters
- Monitor progress pertaining to legal processes and update management
- Maintain proper filing of legal documentation
- Manage database of legal documents
- Represent company on legal matters
- Advise colleagues on legal matters
- Coordinate legal cases and projects
- Stay up to date on regulatory and compliance related matters
- Review internal processes and improve SOP to mitigate risk to the company
- Assist in corporate secretarial related matters
Requirements:
- Possess at a Degree in Law or equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience in legal
- Must be organised and have strong filing and documenting skills
- Excellent command of English
- Good communication skills
- Meticulous, aggressive and possess strong attention to detail and self initiative
- Able to work with minimal supervision
- Must be willing to travel when necessary
