Financial Transactions & Records:
- Process invoices, receipts, and payments.
- Reconcile bank statements and financial transactions.
- Maintain accurate records of accounts payable and receivable.
- Administrative Support:
- Support audits by providing documentation and preparing reports.
- Coordinate with vendors, clients, and external stakeholders on financial matters.
Key Requirements:
- Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Experience: Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Excel and
- Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: RM2,100.00 - RM2,400.00 per month
