Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with general office administration tasks, such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Support the team in managing projects by coordinating schedules and tracking progress.
- Help with customer service inquiries by addressing basic questions and forwarding issues to the appropriate department.
- Prepare reports and presentations on business performance and administrative matters.
- Attend meetings and take minutes to document key points and follow-up actions.
- Support the HR department with onboarding and scheduling interviews.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth business operations.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Eagerness to learn about business operations and administrative support.
