We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Education Administration cum Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our education consultancy services, ensuring a smooth and efficient administrative process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee office management tasks including maintaining office supplies, scheduling meetings, and coordinating office activities.
  • Provide administrative support to the education consultancy team, including preparing documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Handle student inquiries and provide information on educational programs, admission processes, and application requirements.
  • Assist with organizing and coordinating events, seminars, and webinars related to education consultations.
  • Maintain accurate records of student information, applications, and communications.
  • Collaborate with universities, colleges, and other educational institutions to facilitate student placements.
  • Manage and update our CRM system to ensure all student data is current and accurate.
  • Support marketing efforts by assisting in the creation and distribution of promotional materials.
  • Provide excellent customer service to students, parents, and educational partners.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in an administrative role
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and data management.
