As a Sales Data Analyst, you will be working with a fast-paced and innovative team, leveraging Salesforce and internal data tool as a driver of management for the organization. You will be a highly skilled data analysis with expertise in data management and report design, tenacious problem-solver with good attention to detail and revel in translating raw data into meaningful insights. You will also pride yourself in being accountable for producing accurate and reliable statistics. You will work closely with various departments including but not limited to sales, marketing, and salesforce technology to support daily data analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting business team for data initialization, labeling and correction to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- To mine, analyze, and generate customized reports and data dashboards/visualizations to meet business teams’ needs.
- Categorizing and managing reports access permission for different teams and management levels.
- Work with internal data tech team to identify and capture new datasets
- Defining, aligning, and maintaining a comprehensive glossary within internal sales system, facilitating consensus among stakeholders and ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Managing user accounts permissions within salesforce systems, and controlling access and security configurations.
- Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.
Education/Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- Experience with data analysis, including data mining, analysis, and reporting capabilities.
- Salesforce Administrator certificate is a plus but not necessary
- Fluent in English (also fluent in Mandarin is preferred but not necessary)
- Intermediate SQL skills/experience , but not essential
- Able to clearly summaries complex analytical results (or similar) to a non-technical audience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Proven time management and prioritization skills to make efficient, logical decisions in a rapidly changing environment
- Curious, with a strong desire to continually learn and evolve.
