Position: B2B Sales Associate/Manager (B2B Corporate Partnerships)

Location: Malaysia

Position Overview:

The B2B Sales Executive/Manager will play a critical role in driving the growth of our corporate client base by identifying new business opportunities, nurturing relationships, and offering tailored solutions that address the unique needs of companies in improving employee health and wellness. This role will involve prospecting, negotiating, and closing deals with businesses looking to provide fertility and women’s health-related benefits to their employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and generate new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach to potential corporate clients.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Build, manage, and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients. Ensure accurate reporting of sales activities and forecast sales results.
  • Client Meetings & Presentations: Conduct meetings and presentations with key decision-makers (HR, benefits managers, etc.) to demonstrate the value of LUMIROUS’s services.
  • Negotiation & Deal Closing: Negotiate terms and pricing with clients, ensuring mutual benefit while adhering to company policies. Close sales to meet or exceed targets.
  • Client Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with corporate clients to ensure their needs are met and promote ongoing business.
  • Market Research & Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform strategy and identify areas for business development.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (Marketing, Product, Customer Success) to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 3-5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in HR solutions, employee benefits, healthcare, or SaaS platforms.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven Sales Record: Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and acquiring corporate clients.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) for managing leads and pipeline.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the health and wellness sector or corporate benefits industry.
  • Familiarity with fertility, reproductive health, or gender-specific wellness services.
  • Strong network within HR or benefits management sectors.
