MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

The Section Head of Program and Initiative is responsible for the development, implementation, and management of sales programs and initiatives that drive performance and growth across the branch network. This role will play a key part in enhancing sales productivity, improving customer satisfaction and ensuring alignment with the strategic objectives of the organization.

  • Develop and implement sales programs and initiatives to drive branch performance and achieve sales targets.
  • Align sales strategies with the overall business objectives and market conditions.
  • Design, launch and manage sales initiatives to enhance customer acquisition, retention and revenue growth.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of sales programs, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success of sales programs.
  • Regularly review branch performance data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with branch managers and other stakeholders to ensure effective implementation of sales initiatives.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on programs performance and outcomes.
  • Ensure that sales initiatives are customer-centric and contribute to an enhanced customer experience.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to refine and improve sales strategies.
  • Manage the budget for sales programs, ensuring cost-effectiveness and maximizing return on investment.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. An MBA or other advanced degree is preferred.
  • Relevant certifications in strategic management or project management are a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in a managerial role focused on strategy development, program management and performance monitoring.
  • Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing strategic initiatives and programs to enhance organizational performance.
  • Proven track record in monitoring performance metrics and implementing improvement plans.
  • Extensive experience in stakeholder engagement, ensuring alignment and collaboration with internal and external parties.
  • Strong customer focus with experience in implementing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Experience in budget management, including planning, allocation, and financial oversight for projects and programs.
