Responsibilities:

Client Support & Relationship Management:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients in the ESG space.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for end-users seeking technical assistance regarding software applications/systems, responding promptly to inquiries via phone, email, or in person
  • Address client inquiries and issues promptly and professionally, ensuring their needs are met effectively.
  • Collaborate with software developers and other IT team members to identify recurring user issues and contribute to the development of user-friendly solutions.
  • Assist in the testing and deployment of software/system updates and patches, ensuring minimal disruption to user workflows.
  • Continuously monitor and assess user satisfaction levels, identifying opportunities to improve the support process and enhance user experiences.
  • Provide comprehensive and clear explanations of our ESG products and services. ESG Expertise:
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in the ESG space.
  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to raise awareness, educate on sustainability best practices, and drive engagement with environmental initiatives. Participate in and contribute to internal processes aimed at strengthening our ESG product offerings
  • Support client’s carbon emissions efforts, identifying hotspots, and recommending mitigation measures to achieve carbon neutrality goals.
  • Assist clients in understanding and using our ESG software and tools effectively. Guiding users through step-by-step solutions or escalating issues to appropriate internal teams if necessary.
  • Provide hands-on training to users, both one-on-one and in group settings, to enhance their understanding of software/system functionality and usage. Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as environmental science, sustainability, business, information technology or related disciplines from reputable university.
  • At least 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience in client support or a similar role in the ESG sector is preferred.
  • Strong passion for sustainability and a solid understanding of ESG principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Experience in providing one-on-one and group training sessions. Adaptable to shifting priorities and evolving user needs.
  • Client-focused mindset with a commitment to providing exceptional service. Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to address client inquiries and challenges effectively.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin & English is required as the incumbent will communicate with our office in Beijing.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
