Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinates and works in close collaboration with others in the IT department to align with D8-CEFC Operations, direction & coordinate.
  • Coordinates with related IT areas for addressing any issues, queries, or new initiatives from Operations/organization.
  • Ensure smooth communication between the IT department, operations, and the organization.
  • Manage the performance and scheduling of the IT Technical team, including working hours, on-call duties, overtime, rotations (user/site), and coordination with outsourced teams.
  • Draft correspondence, presentations, and other documents to facilitate departmental operations and collaboration with the team and organization.
  • Coordinate the collection and dissemination of project-related information.
  • Ensure the IT Technical team completes tasks thoroughly and efficiently.
  • Provide updates on project progress, including relevant changes, and ensure all documentation is maintained and completed in coordination with IT Managers and the organization.
  • Promptly escalate unresolved requests as necessary, follow through to resolution, and document the actions taken.
  • Arrange and coordinate knowledge transfer sessions among the IT Technical team as required.
  • Oversee the tracking, maintenance, and lifecycle management of IT assets, including hardware, software, and licenses.
  • Liaise with external vendors to negotiate contracts, manage relationships, and ensure timely delivery of services and products.
  • Ensure that IT operations comply with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices, particularly concerning data security and privacy.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employees' IT proficiency, providing support as needed.
  • Lead the investigation and resolution of IT incidents and problems, implementing solutions to prevent recurrence.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends, recommending and implementing innovative solutions that align with organizational goals.
  • Mentor and develop the IT Technical team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and accountability.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM5,118.66 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
