About the Job:

We are seeking an experienced Channel Sales Executive to join our team. You will drive business growth in this role by managing and developing relationships with channel partners. You will recruit and onboard new partners while ensuring the success of existing ones. We seek someone with experience in the accounting, HRMS, or digital marketing software industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners in the business software sectors.
  • Recruit, onboard, and manage new channel partners to expand the partner network.
  • Collaborate with partners to develop effective sales strategies and ensure achievement of sales targets.
  • Provide ongoing support, training, and resources to ensure partner success.
  • Track and analyze partner performance, offering feedback and guidance for improvement.
  • Negotiate contracts with channel partners and manage the overall partner lifecycle.
  • Work closely with internal teams to equip partners with the necessary tools and support to drive sales.
  • Execute joint marketing initiatives with partners to promote products and increase market share.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market needs, providing valuable insights to partners and internal teams.
  • Ensure channel partners follow company policies and sales processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in channel/partner management, including partner recruitment and development.
  • Prior experience in the accounting, HRMS, or digital marketing software industry is essential.
  • Strong understanding of sales strategies, channel partnerships, and partner relationship management.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience managing contracts and driving results through partner networks.
  • Ability to analyze performance metrics and provide actionable insights.
  • Self-motivated and able to work both independently and within a team.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary to meet with partners and foster relationships.
