  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Major responsibilities:

  • Responsible for day-to-day maintenance of the application systems in operation, analyses and resolves incidents/requests regarding use of application software or hardware.
  • Provide technical assistance and support to end-users who are experiencing issues with software applications.
  • Work closely and coordinate IT project activities with internal departments and external vendors.
  • Provide IT administrative support activities and assistance to users.
  • Understand operating systems, network, troubleshooting and firewall technologies.
  • Proactive with good data analytical skills and problem-solving abilities to diagnose and resolve IT application issue.
  • Performing any other IT related duties assigned.

Requirements profile:-

· Formal Education : Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or equivalent.

· Professional Experience : Minimum 2 years in relevant industry

· Special skill : Good interpersonal and communication skills
