  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Main Purpose Of Job

The main purpose of a collector is to manage customerâs account on monthly basis, ensure all accounts pay before due date & to ensure customerâs account maintain and does not increase in ageing.

Job Description
  • Responsible to each separate individual result (collection result).
  • Advise customer to make the payment on time.
  • Re act as a reminder to remind customer regarding the payment due date
  • Response customer request based on the customer requirement
  • To ensure to maintain customer service and company image.
  • Complete dunning activities based on allocated queues.
  • Extensive follow up with customer via phone calls/email/fax to ensure that they pay in accordance to credit term.
  • Ensure good clients relationship & service levels.
  • Achieve the set standards in collections and financial objectives of collections by the management.

Job Requirements
  • Minimum STPM, Diploma or Degree Holder.
  • Fresh graduate are encourage to apply.
  • Well knowledge of PC and proficiency in MS Office
  • Listening skills to empathize and listen to other personâs ideas
  • Persuasion skills in order to move others into positive action, attitudes and behavior
