Job Description:

• Provide exemplary customer service over the telephone.
• Offer courteous, professional, and precise responses.
• Effectively manage customer expectations and take responsibility for their inquiries.
• Collaborate with relevant departments to effectively address customer concerns.
• Stay current with new or improved products/services to uphold a standard of exceptional customer support.
• Assist Team Leaders and Managers in the ongoing assessment of processes, identification, and rectification of service deficiencies through valuable input, and implementation of process enhancements as deemed suitable.
• Undertake any additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management when necessary.
