Tasks & Responsibilities
- To monitor all daily incoming and outgoing inventory transaction and stocks movement.
- Maintain proper record of inventory and ensure it is updated accurately and timely.
- Receiving & verifying all incoming goods are properly stored & labelled.
- Responsible for quality checking upon receiving, inspection, loading, stock count, sorting and stacking of stocks.
- To conduct periodical stock count and submit the stock balance report for management review.
- Manage overall inventory accuracy and maintaining stock levels to prevent overstocking or shortages.
- To establish and maintain warehouse procedures and system to ensure smooth flow of materials & stocks.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and integrity of stock inventory to prevent damage or loss. This includes security and accountability of inventory through transaction documentation, process and procedure verification, and system review.
- Inspect deliveries for damage or discrepancies; report those to accounting for reimbursements and record keeping;
- manage all documentation to confirm proper stock levels and maintain inventory control;
- Implement and maintain company's Management System (ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001).
Qualification Requirements
- SPM level/Inventory management/Diploma or equivalent;
- Good understanding of Malay and English;
- Preferable 2 year(s) of working experience in inventory management and warehousing activities;
- Eager to learn how to use and parameterize new products and systems;
- Proficient in using computer software like MS-Word, MS-Excel, MS-Outlook etc.;
- Good communication skills with co-workers, the management and customers;
- Willing to take responsibility and to work in the best interest of the Company.
