What is your role:

  • Perform daily billing to ensure 100% billing timely.
  • Preparing, checking and verify sales order in accordance with company guideline & procedure.
  • Verification of accounting documents such as journal voucher, sales order entry, GL reconciliation report.
  • Carry out assigned accounting/admin duties – deposit & Annual Service Maintenance Contract management.
  • Ensure professionalism in handling customer enquires – internal & external.
  • Able to work under tight schedule and meet deadlines.
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Perform any other duties as and when required by the immediate Superior from time to time.

What you need to have:

  • Diploma in Accounting/Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Must have good communication and analytical skills.
  • At least 3 years relevant working experiences.
  • Experience in basic accounting entries will be an added advantage.
  • Excellent interpersonal skill, resourceful and highly motivated.
  • Computer literacy in Microsoft Office especially Excel.
  • Able to work independently and communicate with all levels in an organization.
