What is your role:
- Perform daily billing to ensure 100% billing timely.
- Preparing, checking and verify sales order in accordance with company guideline & procedure.
- Verification of accounting documents such as journal voucher, sales order entry, GL reconciliation report.
- Carry out assigned accounting/admin duties – deposit & Annual Service Maintenance Contract management.
- Ensure professionalism in handling customer enquires – internal & external.
- Able to work under tight schedule and meet deadlines.
- Able to work effectively in a team environment.
- Perform any other duties as and when required by the immediate Superior from time to time.
What you need to have:
- Diploma in Accounting/Business Administration or equivalent.
- Must have good communication and analytical skills.
- At least 3 years relevant working experiences.
- Experience in basic accounting entries will be an added advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal skill, resourceful and highly motivated.
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Office especially Excel.
- Able to work independently and communicate with all levels in an organization.
