Oversee branch daily operations, manage personnel, manage budgets, and set performance objectives.
Achieve business goals and revenue targets. Lead in locating or proposing potential business deals by contacting potential partners and simultaneously discovering and exploring opportunities.
Plan, evaluate, and optimize operations to be efficient and cost-effective.
Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; coordinating actions to influence the market.
Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, and prepare operation and finance reports or other reports required by management.
Ensure products and services comply with regulatory and quality standards. Ensure company standards and procedures are followed.
Manage internal and external stakeholder relations. Deal with escalated customer issues and any incident reports.
Responsible for recruitment, training, and support of general branch activity as well as conducting regular staff performance appraisals. Review staff performance and progress of sales personnel.
Job Requirement:
Bachelor’s degree in a business field or engineering with a minimum of 7 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, management and leadership experience
Excellent leadership and decision-making skills.
Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in closing sales, motivation for sales, prospecting, sales planning, selling to customer needs, market knowledge, presentation skills, meeting sales goals, and maintaining professionalism.
