  • Oversee branch daily operations, manage personnel, manage budgets, and set performance objectives.
  • Achieve business goals and revenue targets. Lead in locating or proposing potential business deals by contacting potential partners and simultaneously discovering and exploring opportunities.

  • Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, and prepare operation and finance reports or other reports required by management.
  • Ensure products and services comply with regulatory and quality standards. Ensure company standards and procedures are followed.
  • Manage internal and external stakeholder relations. Deal with escalated customer issues and any incident reports.
  • Responsible for recruitment, training, and support of general branch activity as well as conducting regular staff performance appraisals. Review staff performance and progress of sales personnel.
  • Job Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a business field or engineering with a minimum of 7 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, management and leadership experience
  • Excellent leadership and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in closing sales, motivation for sales, prospecting, sales planning, selling to customer needs, market knowledge, presentation skills, meeting sales goals, and maintaining professionalism.
