Responsibilities:
- Strategize, plan & execute digital marketing strategy (Facebook, Instagram & Tik Tok)
- Create contents for Social Media (Facebook, Instagram & Tik Tok)
- Creative development of Facebook, Instagram & Tik Tok including photography/ videography & copywriting to support brand content strategies
- Launch & optimizing the FB Ads
- Comprehensive competitive research, analysis, planning, and executing new ad campaigns.
- Analyze sales funnels and customer intent, & measure the effectiveness of marketing programs and strategies.
- Report on marketing KPls including ROAS, leads, conversion rates, AOV, etc.
- Managing and implementing seasonal marketing strategies and annual marketing plans.
- Sales report generation with analyses sales, traffic, CTR, etc.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate. Diploma/Professional Degree in Marketing, Advertising/Media, Mass Communications or equivalent.
- Preferable Senior specialized in Digital Marketing, Managing Social Media Platforms or equivalent.
- Can work independently, responsible, positive and good working attitude
- Has strong interest in health supplement & skincare industry
- Knowledge & experience of social media marketing with track records
- Preferred able to speak and write in Malay & Mandarin
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, i.e.: Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Required languages(s): English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia
- Preferable candidate who can start work immediately
