Job Summary:
The Personal Driver is responsible for safely transporting the employer and their family members, associates, or guests to various destinations, while ensuring a comfortable, timely, and smooth driving experience. The role includes maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of the assigned vehicle and complying with all traffic regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Safe and Timely Transportation:

  • Drive the employer, family, or associates to and from work, meetings, appointments, and personal errands.
  • Ensure punctual arrival at all destinations, considering traffic and weather conditions.

Vehicle Maintenance:

  • Regularly clean and maintain the vehicle to ensure optimal performance.
  • Schedule and arrange routine vehicle inspections, servicing, and necessary repairs.
  • Ensure the vehicle always has sufficient fuel.

Route Planning:

  • Plan and follow the most efficient routes to avoid traffic and delays.
  • Stay updated on road conditions, construction, and any traffic restrictions.

Professional Conduct:

  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion concerning employer’s personal information and activities.
  • Exhibit professional behavior and communication when interacting with employer and guests.

Compliance with Traffic Laws:

  • Adhere to all traffic regulations and safety standards at all times.
  • Avoid unnecessary risks and unsafe driving practices.

Assistance with Personal Errands (if required):

  • Assist the employer with personal errands such as shopping, picking up dry cleaning, and other tasks as directed.
  • Occasionally help carry luggage or assist with other physical tasks if needed.

Requirements:

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Excellent knowledge of local roads and traffic patterns.
  • Punctual, reliable, and highly responsible.
  • Flexibility in working hours (may include evenings, weekends, or holidays).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional appearance and courteous demeanor.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience as a personal or chauffeur driver.
  • Familiarity with GPS devices and other navigation tools.
  • Defensive driving certification is a plus.
