  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Qualifications & experience

  • Bachelor's degree in applied science/chemical engineering/ mechanical engineering are preferrable
  • Min of 2 years Working experience in terminal operation or storage facility's operation is value added advantage

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Act as Loading Master during incoming and outgoing shipment operations.
  • Assist the Assistant Operations Manager, Operations Manager, and Senior Operations Manager in various tasks and projects
  • Coordinate with tank users on facility requirements, deliveries, collections, shipments, and shipping documents/instructions.
  • Monitor and verify the level of stock of products in storage.
  • Plan the cleaning schedules for storage tanks and associated equipment
  • Manpower Planning
  • Plan the receiving and back-loading of products by road tankers or vessels into the correct respective tanks
  • Coordinate with ship agents, clients, surveyors, and port authorities on the estimated time of arrival (ETA) of incoming and outgoing vessels.
  • Liaise with tank users, shippers, and forwarding agents on export, import, and transshipment documentation.
  • Maintain all necessary records and ensure compliance with ISO, ISCC, and internal/external audit standards by keeping records updated and organized
