Warehouse Executive

Main activities and responsibilities:

• To oversee/monitor all the activities in Warehouse Department.
• Ensure daily finished goods, packaging & Raw Material are updated in the system at all times.
• Interact with team members from all departments relating to store activities/Issues.
• Understands and supports warehouse operations, policies, and procedures.
• To conduct and review inventory counts periodically and balance accuracy.
• Develop workers‘ work schedules.
• Ability to perform physical functions like lifting and/or carrying goods with appropriate safety equipment.
• Assist in stocking/maintaining inventory levels.
• Motivating, organizing, and encouraging teamwork within the workforce to ensure productivity targets are met or exceeded.
• Overseeing the planned maintenance of vehicles, machinery, and equipment.
• Maintaining standards of health and safety, hygiene, and security in the work environment
• Producing regular reports and statistics.
• Receives and issues goods. Verifies quantities, conditions, and types of items received against purchase orders/delivery orders.
• Participate in annual stock take.
• To undertake any assignments related to your scope of work mentioned above.

Needed skills:

• A mature team player, resourceful, self-motivated with high integrity, and able to meet deadlines.
• Possess excellent interpersonal communication and strong people management skill.
• Capable of working independently with minimum supervision.
• MS Office.
• Able to acquire necessary hands-on skills and train subordinates.
• Required language(s): English & Bahasa Malaysia.

Needed Education:

• Candidates must possess at least a Higher Diploma or equivalent.

Needed experience:

• At least 3 years of industrial experience, particularly in warehousing/logistics.
