To assist day to day accounting functions include manage data entry and process journal to ensure all business transactions (AR&AP) are recorded on timely basis Responsible for checking supplier Invoice, Utilities & Staff Claim To assist preparing payment vouchers and initiate payment To handle phone calls and keep track relevant account documents and proper filing Coordinate with other departments to facilitate smooth workflow and communication.
