ASSISTANT LOGISTIC MANAGER

The scope is to assist and support the execution of warehouse activities and distribution of our finished products and raw & packaging materials:

• From factory / third party (Co-Manufacturer / Supplier) to warehouse
• From factory / warehouse to customers
• From factory / warehouse to other Power Root entities (inter-company deliveries)
• To and from Co-Packers
• Customs Processes
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Execution of effective local and export services
• Ensure and execute compliance to regulatory requirements such as Import / Export. Custom clearance and etc
• Driving tangible improvements in warehouse logistic and distribution resulting in lower costs and better service
• Identifying opportunities in the end-to-end supply chain to reduce waste, minimize costs and work towards a more customer driven supply chain
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
• Experience in international trading of container exportation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Familiar with custom procedure and clearance, port, forwarding work procedure
• Liaises with customers and suppliers in order to optimize customer satisfaction and to maximize efficiency
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present information well and to deal with multiple stakeholders at different levels of the organisations
