Job Description

  • Issue Delivery Orders (DO) and invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Schedule daily shipments for customers, ensuring timely and efficient pickups by courier services.
  • Enter shipment details into the courier service system and manage the printing of consignment notes.
  • Coordinate with courier service to ensure smooth and timely delivery of shipments.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support.
  • Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of team.
  • Proficient in SQL, Microsoft Words, Microsoft Excel.
  • Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
