Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and process payroll for outsourced employees, ensuring accurate calculation of wages, deductions, and bonuses.
- Maintain records of working hours, leave, and overtime for outsourced staff.
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations, social security, and other statutory obligations.
- Coordinate with payroll vendors for timely disbursement of salaries and handle any payroll-related inquiries.
- Review and audit payroll data to ensure accuracy and resolve any discrepancies.
- Manage end-to-end expatriate services, including visa applications, work permits, renewals, and residence permits.
- Liaise with immigration authorities, embassies, and other relevant institutions to ensure legal compliance.
- Support expatriates with onboarding, including arranging housing, relocation services, and cultural adaptation programs.
- Keep track of visa and permit expiry dates and ensure timely renewals.
- Provide guidance to expatriates regarding local labor laws, benefits, and company policies.
- Assist with onboarding new hires, ensuring all documentation and HR records are up to date.
- Support HR functions such as employee engagement, performance management, and training initiatives.
- Maintain employee records, ensuring compliance with data protection laws and company policies.
- Handle employee queries related to HR policies, payroll, and benefits.
- Assist in handling employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters as needed.
- Any ad-hoc tasks assigned by the management.
Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- With one (1) year or more experience will be added advantage.
- Experience in handling expatriate employment processes is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of local labor laws, tax regulations, and expatriate visa/work permit procedures.
- Proficiency in English and Malay conversation and writing.
