Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and process payroll for outsourced employees, ensuring accurate calculation of wages, deductions, and bonuses.
  • Maintain records of working hours, leave, and overtime for outsourced staff.
  • Ensure compliance with local tax regulations, social security, and other statutory obligations.
  • Coordinate with payroll vendors for timely disbursement of salaries and handle any payroll-related inquiries.
  • Review and audit payroll data to ensure accuracy and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Manage end-to-end expatriate services, including visa applications, work permits, renewals, and residence permits.
  • Liaise with immigration authorities, embassies, and other relevant institutions to ensure legal compliance.
  • Support expatriates with onboarding, including arranging housing, relocation services, and cultural adaptation programs.
  • Keep track of visa and permit expiry dates and ensure timely renewals.
  • Provide guidance to expatriates regarding local labor laws, benefits, and company policies.
  • Assist with onboarding new hires, ensuring all documentation and HR records are up to date.
  • Support HR functions such as employee engagement, performance management, and training initiatives.
  • Maintain employee records, ensuring compliance with data protection laws and company policies.
  • Handle employee queries related to HR policies, payroll, and benefits.
  • Assist in handling employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters as needed.
  • Any ad-hoc tasks assigned by the management.

Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • With one (1) year or more experience will be added advantage.
  • Experience in handling expatriate employment processes is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of local labor laws, tax regulations, and expatriate visa/work permit procedures.
  • Proficiency in English and Malay conversation and writing.
  • Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
