We are inviting talented and qualified candidates to join our team as a Senior advertising sales manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Advertising Sales Execution: Develop and implement innovative offline advertising sales strategies to enhance the company's competitiveness in the advertising market. A deep understanding of advertising industry trends and how to align company products with market demands is required.
  • Advertising Resource Integration: Manage and integrate advertising resources, including but not limited to media buying, creative services, data analysis, etc., to provide comprehensive advertising solutions. Emphasis is placed on the ability to integrate online and offline advertising resources to offer clients a holistic marketing strategy.
  • Customer Relationship Management:Establish and maintain long-term cooperative relationships with key clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty through regular communication and customized services.
  • Market Analysis and Insights:Conduct regular market and competitive analysis to identify new sales opportunities and potential risks, providing data support for company decision-making.
  • Performance Orientation: Have a strong performance orientation, capable of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Education: A bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Work Experience: At least 3 years of experience in offline advertising sales or a related field, with a successful track record in advertising resource integration and sales.
  • Professional Skills:*Possess excellent market analysis, customer communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to independently develop and manage large-scale advertising projects.
  • Language Proficiency: Proficiency in both written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
  • Industry Knowledge: A deep understanding of the advertising industry, familiar with various advertising media and marketing channels, and knowledgeable about the differences and integration points between digital and traditional advertising.
  • Resource Network: Have an extensive industry contact and resource network capable of introducing new advertising partners and client resources to the company.
  • Advertising Sales Ability: Have a robust background in advertising sales, able to understand client needs and provide customized advertising solutions. Possess excellent sales presentation skills and client persuasion abilities, capable of driving complex sales processes and closing deals.
