Job Purpose

This Brand Communications Executive is responsible for developing and implementing effective communication strategies to enhance our company's reputation, manage media relations, and ensure consistent messaging across all platforms. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent writing, editing, and interpersonal skills.

Main Tasks

  • Assist to develop and execute the company’s corporate communications strategies that will enhance our corporate image.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and touchpoints.
  • Create content for social media content, articles, newsletters, blog posts etc. by working with other stakeholders.
  • Proofread and ensure our blog posts, articles, social media content, and press releases align with our brand guidelines.
  • To work closely with creative team on all brand creative production —websites, advertisements, videos, presentations, brochures, sales sheets, social media campaigns, blogs, testimonials etc.
  • Identify and engage with key stakeholders, including customers, influencers, and industry partners, to build brand advocacy.
  • Develop and manage internal communication initiatives to foster a positive corporate culture and keep employees informed about company news and updates.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in branding and marketing to continuously improve brand strategies and tactics.
  • Respond to external stakeholder enquiries from social media and digital communication platforms.
  • Track the analytics for communication campaigns and use the data to create reports with actionable insights.
  • Any Ad-hoc assignment or task assigned by superior.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Corporate Communications, Mass Communication, Journalism, Advertising/Media or equivalent.
  • At least 1- 3 year(s) of relevant working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Refined creative writing skills.
  • Excellent presentation and verbal skills (English).
  • Must be meticulous in proof-reading with strong attention to detail.
  • Content creation and editing experience (web content, blogs, campaigns and social media) in any field related to Marketing Communications, Publishing, Journalism and Media.
  • Up to date with the latest trends.
  • The ability to create something new.
  • Proficient computer skills including Microsoft office suite (Word, PowerPoint and Excel).
  • Enjoy challenges and thrive under pressure in meeting deadlines.
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Eye for detail, organized and a team player.
