We are looking for a Group HR & Admin Executive
Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End Recruitment
    -Handle the full recruitment cycle: posting jobs, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and selecting talent.
    -Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs.
    -Pre-Onboarding, Onboarding & Off-boarding
    -Prepare offer letters and manage new hire documentation.
    -Lead onboarding sessions to integrate new employees into the company culture.
  • Training & Development
    -Collaborate with HR team in planning and carrying out training programs based on business needs and employee performance and track effectiveness.
    -Manage HRDC grant applications and appeals, ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Insurance and Benefits Administration
    -Oversee the administration and renewal of employee insurance policies (PA, GTL, and MiCare).
    -Ensure timely updates and claims processing.
  • Employee Engagement Activities
    -Plan and implement employee engagement programs, including team-building events and recognition initiatives.
  • Administrative Tasks
    -Manage office supplies, equipment, and office maintenance.
    -Coordinate IT maintenance to ensure all systems are functioning smoothly.
  • Qualifications & Requirements:
    -Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
    -1-2 years of HR experience with a strong focus on recruitment. Fresh grads are also welcome.
    -Aggressive, passionate, and results-driven attitude towards recruitment.
    -Eagerness to experiment with various job platforms and sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
    -Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of Malaysian HR regulations is a plus.

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,400.00 per month
